How can I exchange or return ordered items?
We try to consume as little paper as possible in the interest of the environment. That’s why we do not put preprinted return forms or return labels in your package.
Still, it’s easy:
Please print our return form and place it in the package. So we know which items you want to return or exchange.
Send us a short informal Mail with subjekt „return label“ to bestellung@ballarina.de.Then we will send you as soon as possible the return label for the German-wide free return shipping! Unfortunately you have to pay for returns from outside Germany.
Print out the label, put it on the box and send it to us.
Is it possible to return personalized items?
Personalized items are excluded from exchange and return. Personalized are all items with an ordered nameprint or some special print for you.
Player Tops with country code “GER” and / or number “1” or “2” without any other print are not excluded!How do I get my money back?
After we have checked the returned items for impeccable quality, we will refund the purchase amount for parts you want to return and possibly the shipping costs. If you do not tell us otherwise, you’ll get the money back the same way you used to place your order. Normally it takes less than 7 working days.
